Your employer provides a Group Personal Pension Scheme (GPP) which is compliant with Automatic Enrolment regulations.
From your first pay, you will be enrolled into the Twilio UK Ltd. Group Personal Pension scheme with Royal London.
Pensionable earnings are your gross basic salary only and exclude car allowances, P11D benefits as well as any other variable payments such as bonus and commission.
Twilio will make a pension contribution of 7% of basic salary provided you make a minimum contribution of 4.5% of basic salary via Salary Exchange.
There will be no option for employees to pay less than 4.5%. Employees who choose not to contribute to the pension will receive no contribution from Twilio UK.
You can register to use Royal London’s online services which will allow you to see your pension value, contributions paid and obtain projections of future benefit. To register you will need to have your plan number to hand which will have been sent to you directly by Royal London.
